John Skilton, current Chair of the IRSE Australasian section presented on Signalling Globalisation from a New Zealand perspective at an IRSE meeting in Auckland on 15 February 2024. This paper was commissioned by Steve Boshier, the IRSE Global President.
John’s paper was published in the March edition of the IRSE News and the presentation is available on the IRSE Vimeo channel
